How soon will my order ship?

Orders placed before 12PM EST are shipped next business day, and orders placed after 12PM are shipped in 2 business days.

What is your return policy?

All sales are final, we don't accept returns, exchanges or cancellations. However if any item in your gift arrives damaged please contact us and we will be happy to help! 

Help! My order is shipping to the wrong address!

For address changes, please contact hello@unboxme.com with your order number and the correct address. Please put “Urgent - Address Change” in the subject line. If your order has already shipped, we may be able to still adjust the address for a $20 fee.

Where do you ship to?

Where do you ship to? We ship anywhere in the United States as well as APO and FPO military addresses. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

My package was marked as “delivered” but I can’t find it.

We ask that you wait 3 days from when the package was delivered, as well as checking with your neighbors before contacting us. In a lot of cases, the package will turn up. If not, please email us at hello@unboxme.com so we can help further.

Can I cancel my order? Do you offer refunds?

We don't accept returns, exchanges or cancellations. All sales are final. If an item was damaged or missing, please see below.

What happens if my box gets returned to you due to an address error on my end?

We can reship the gift for you for an additional $10 shipping fee. We do not offer refunds once an order has been packed. Please contact us as soon as you become aware that the address is incorrect.
