The product is wonderful. I have order it in the past and the recipient loved it. This particular order was taking forever and so I ended up talking with customer service and canceling. The very next day it said “out for delivery”….so I requested a cancel again and was sent a message that I could not do this. Then I got a message that it was lost….still don’t know what happened

The box is cute and includes all the items pictured except the lemon tea. I received a box with "the healer" tea with rooibos, cinnamon, turmeric root & ginger which is not even close to what's advertised. I planned a couple of additional gift items around the lemon tea so this is disappointing. I don't see anywhere that the tea flavor may vary or that you might receive a different version of the box. Overall it's a decent gift and easy to send to someone or give in person as-is which is nice.
